Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do not accept provisional bookings.

When you make a booking you will be asked to give your credit card details to confirm your reservation. Once this reservation has been made, either by telephone or in writing, a legal contract exists. Our required notice to cancel without cost is 7 days prior to the commencement of the 1st night's stay. Cancelling without this 7 day notice means that the full cost of the accommodation reserved will be charged for, unless the room can be re-let. This also applies should you amend your reservation by shortening your stay. The credit card that was given to guarantee the reservation will be charged for the full amount due. If we are successful in re-letting the accommodation, this card will be credited.

Please note there are no exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
